Staff is wonderful and room was nice enough. Breakfast is reasonable. Very convenient to train station, but area surrounding the hotel is not the best and all sites required a metro ride...which we were very comfortable taking. Metro stop is about a 10 minute walk away. Great gelato shop a block away. Otherwise, kind of limited on restaurants. We would not stay here again, solely due to the location.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of a subway station. Once on the subway you can easily get to the Duomo or roam all over the city. There are several cafes nearby. The hotel is small but well appointed and clean. The rooms are also small but well appointed and clean. The air conditioning did its job during very hot days. The staff and management were very accessible and helpful.

It is within 10 min walking distance of the Milan Central train station. The hotel promotes sustainability through its recycling program and only cleans the room and replaces the towers upon request. There is a food market nearby (less than 100 meters away) where one can buy fresh fruits and other items. There are a few restaurants nearby as well.

I liked the soft towels, nice bedding and just a lovely atmosphere with very helpful staff, home made yogurt at breakfast. Would Definitely stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights. The fellow at the front desk greeted us right away. The checkin was easy and our room was very nice and clean with a big king bed (made up of 2 twins) with a firm mattress (good for our backs after long days of walking). The bathroom was a good size with a lovely big shower. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to the Central Station, and from there another 25-30 minutes to the Duomo. We would definitely stay again the next time in Milan.

A little gem near Central Station

Friendly staff first and foremost. A decent bedroom and a bathroom with French doors out on to a balcony, which is a first! Close to a tram stop and a couple of blocks from the metro.

It was a nice hotel. They really try to be green and environmentally friendly. It's not as close to the train station as I thought, especially in a rainy day. It's about 10 minutes walk and the same to the subway station. The weird thing was they called us at midnight for something that was not important and it really woke us up.

I accidentally booked a room here for one night prior to my intended date. I immediately attempted to change my reservation to the following night by both texting and speaking with the hotel directly by phone. The night person said I needed to email my request to the manager which I did. No reply. I physically went to the hotel the following day and spoke to the manager in person about a refund. He refused. Obvious case of terrible service - my request was not extraordinary - simply wanted to change reservation to the following day. Instead I was forced to pay for a night I did not stay at the hotel. Incidentally, I booked very late at night and immediately called to cancel so my reservation was not blocking the hotel from getting another booking if they just helped me and changed the booking date. Horrible experience. Mean spirited hotel manager.

The hotel is a km away from Milan Centrale train station so it’s walkable. The hotel does not look great from the outside but its interior has been renovated very well. The rooms are clean and well appointed although the bathroom lighting is very dim. The best surprise at the hotel was the Bio Gusto restaurant. It is vegetarian and even the none vegetarian people in our group loved the food. The wait staff were so accommodating and very helpful.

The property was close to the Central Rail Station and in a nice neighborhood. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions in multiple languages.

Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Check-in and check-out process was swift. Rooms were clean, not spacious compared to USA. Breakfast was decent, however no scrambled eggs were provided on one of the days. Only boiled eggs were present and a pastry was missing from breakfast that was not replenished on one day. Hotel was walking distance from train station and Duomo was 4-5 stops away. There’s a restaurant SanMina diagonally across from the hotel that has local flair, amazing food and stays open late.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they stored our luggage for us, made us espresso and cappuccino, and called a taxi for us to make our tour on time. The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed that had nice linens. They also had nice eco friendly toiletries. Breakfast was organic, freshly made, and delicious! It included croissants, bread, meat, cheese, homemade yogurt, scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries, juice, and espresso drinks. Great place to stay in Milan! The location is convenient to Milano Centrale, but otherwise there are few restaurant options nearby so eat downtown when you are doing your sightseeing.

Prior to arriving we requested an early check in and received a response that they would do their best to have a room ready by 11:00. When we got there they told us there wouldn't be a room until 2PM. After 20 hours of travelling we didn't want to hear that. They didn't really care. This part of town is not for tourists and a little of the seedy side We wouldn't stay there again. Rooms have been renovated recently and the bathrooms were nice. The breakfast was subpar

Great hotel for an affordable rate in Milan
The staff was great. The room is more spacious than a number of nearby hotels. The spa sauna offered was fantastic.Not to mention you are located right near a main metro stop. The only downside is the rooms on the bottom floor may experience a slight odor from the drain as humidity reaches a high.

Recently renovated eco-friendly hotel. Very comfortable bed, spacious room. About 5 Metro stops from the Duomo. Staff was helpful and gracious, breakfast was generous and varied. Neighborhood is relatively residential, not much in the way of stores or restaurants in walking distance.

Nice and warm hotel
The staff are very friendly to welcome us and very helpful to give me a room even I'm early check in! The location are very convenient, just walk few minute you can take the bus to go to central station. Highly recommend this hotel, will stay again on next trip!

We picked it because it was close to the train station. It is close but, though it is technically next to the station, it's a good 10-15 minute walk to the station entrance. Late at night that was a little far. Still everything was lovely once we arrived.
