The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, just a few minutes away from the Malpensa terminals. The €5 shuttle service runs frequently, making it easy to catch flights at any time. The bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant offers truly excellent Italian cuisine. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel from Milan to San Francisco.

NEVER AGAIN. Upon arrival for a 1-night stay, the hotel receptionists Fredrika and Camila were extremely rude and unaccommodating. They refused to consider checking us in early, while we watched as they checked in several others early behind us. Since they were so rude to us for no reason, I suspect there was possible racial profiling involved - please beware of this if you are a person of color. We waited for several hours in the lobby with my elderly mother as we received no information from the staff. We did receive great service from Anna after we were finally able to check in, but the experience at this hotel was poor overall. The hotel is close to the airport, but I do not recommend booking here.

Very old rooms, dated rooms with old furniture and very dark corridors in the hotel) which need immediate refurbishment. Bathroom drain not working..in bidet water clogged with remains of previous user, no electric plugs for non&ITA elsctric equipment, restaurant extremely limited choice with very pushy Indian waiters who e.g.take away the salt and prpper (only provided on request) before meal us finished. A very bad experience and not worth the BW level. I can't recommend this hotel at all. Just a waste of money. Much better options of hotels in the same neighbourhood)airport area.

Property was as I expected - older fixtures and tired looking hotel. But clean. The price was right. About 20 minute drive to subway into Milan. And 5 minute drive to Malpensa Airport. I would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here before and were always well satisfied.This year we had the unfortunate experience of getting Rm 232 which is adjacent to the stairwell between floors.During the night we were repeatedly awakened by first the creaking of the doors and then the slam of the door closing. I reported this to the front desk upon checking out and the attendent at the desk apologized. If you are assigned this room, ask for a different one. We have a reservation there for another night but will make sure the room assigned is far away from those doors.

We stayed 1 night from the airport. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus driver dropped us off on time and was friendly. Food at the bar is good. We had pizza and caprese salad. Bathroom is clean. A bit dusty under the sofa bed. Could use extra cups and stir spoons for the tea and coffee.fridge is tiny for any food. The gym has what you need for a travel workout. Overall happy with the stay.

We had great experience of staying at Cavalieri Della Corona for two nights. Hotel staff was very patient and helped us with pickup and drop off from airport with free hotel shuttle even though pickup point was little confusing initiallly. They helped us with early check-in as room was available. They charged us $20 for dropping back at airport as they mentioned we maxed out number of pickup/drop offs with free shuttle. This is convenient location to airport.

My only challenge was actually getting there from the airport. I was not clear that the airport shuttle only operated from the Best Western end. After being redirected a number of times and waiting for a shuttle that never materialized, I took a cab. Once I was there, I was very impressed with the quality of the facility and the service.

Malpensa positioning
Very convenient to the Malpensa airport, good parking, nice restaurant and bar. The surrounding area was walkable and safe. The staff were most excellent - all of them - and got us in as quickly as they could get a room ready. Be sure and sign up for the shuttle ahead of time as it fills up quickly with all of the airline emps who stay there.

Roim was comfortable. Shower valve not working right . Low pressure. Unable to control temp. Diverter was only operable with water shut off. Need a BIGGER SIGN IN THE SHUTTLE VAN. Suggest "BEST WESTERN" in foot high lets on the hood, sides and back o the van.

Milan Malpensa Airport hotel
Really cannot speak too highly of this lovely hotel and staff. We arrived late as we had to book at the last minute due to our flight being cancelled. Very difficult circumstances for us but the staff, despite being extremely busy, could not have been kinder or more efficient. Bar meals lovely. Breakfast lovely. Bed magnificent. Hotel beautifully clean. Even a swimming pool. Shuttle bus to and from airport a real blessing.! Special thanks to the manager who was so kind and looked after us personally. Really, really recommend this marvellous hotel and all the staff. Many thanks.

This is by far the most awful hotel you can imagine . 2 stars at best ….. mmmmm maybe 1 star. Tired decor, tired rooms. Disgusting bathrooms everything broken. Pillows that are rock hard and flat. Bored, borderline rude staff also. Shocking. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone , ever! Avoid at all cost.
