Hotel and room were clean, great area right in the centre of the city. Room was basic, not the most up to date decor but if your using it as a base to be out all day then it’s no problem. Breakfast was limited, recommend going out for that. I stayed for the F1 which meant I was out all day. Would stay again if going for a reason like that

From first arriving the staff were fantastic. I used it as a base for the Formula1 Italian Grand Prix at Monza. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday of my stay. Great staff and comfortable room.

The room was not ready when I arrived for check in but they gave me a coupon for some food at the location they use for breakfast. The room was a little small but that was expected. The location is not far from the train station. The Duomo is not close but it's not a far walk or train ride.

Comfortable and convenient!
A no frills hotel, very very conveniently located in Milan. Close to all major attractions, and the hotel itself was very clean and had everything you'd need if you're mainly there to be out and about just looking for a comfortable safe space to come back to. The free breakfast of a coffee and croissant at a nearby café is just brilliant and a wonderful way to start the day in Milan. Our room had a small balcony that looked onto the church, so that was lovely. The room was nice and warm for cold days in Milan which was much appreciated. It's the best value for buck we could've gotten, so definitely recommend!

Clean and well located
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. For the price, it is very hard to find better. This is no luxury hotel. But it is clean, very well located, and comfortable enough. As others have mentioned before, it can get quite noisy. Monday mornings, you do have the garbage truck picking up the garbage and the bottles super early in the morning. Of other guests are loud in the hall, you will hear that as well.

The hotel was okay only for 1 night. The room and reception were on the 1st floor in the backyard ... The room was not very clean, only the bathroom was okay. In the room was even food from a guest before in the closet (pic attached) and a lot of pills from a guest before in the drawer next to the bed. Also the WIFI from the Hotel was not really working ...

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We requested a three people stay room. The bed for single person sleep was a broken folding bed and we asked receptionist for solution, he couldn’t fix it either. It took more than an hour to deal with it, and finally we gave up and just used the pad released from the folding bed to deal one night stay!

Won’t stay here again
Tired and run down, needs a complete over haul ! Noisy rooms with heavy traffic noise all night, bin cart emptying biffs bins full of glass at 5am ! Shower was like warm, en-suite was old and dated !

Terrific location, close to metro, bus and tram, and a short taxi ride to the central station. Staff super helpful and efficient. Small problem with Wifi reception on my first day, but was soon fixed. This is an excellent budget hotel and I would stay there again.

Nice one-star hotel in great location
Given that this is a one-star hotel, I am very satisfied. The staff members at the lobby are very nice, and the room is actually quite neat (though it feels somewhat gloomy). The restroom seems to be quite new, but the shower drainage was a bit slow. The best advantage is probably its location: it is very close to the line 1 and is close to many great restaurants. The breakfast is outsourced at a cafe nearby the hotel: you get a piece of croissant and a coffee. Just for information, this hotel is more like a B&B. It is a bit inconvenient because it is part of some large building, and its main entrance is closed after 6 pm or so. The lobby is very responsive in opening the gate, but still it is a bit of hassles. Another big inconvenience was the wifi, which didn't work very well. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a budget place located in a nice location.

Great first trip to Milano hotel
First time to Milano but definitely not my last, got super lucky w this gem of a hotel because the neighborhood is amazing and it’s very well connected via the Metro system. If they have an opening I’ll definitely stay again.

Although I only stayed at Aurora for 1 night, I must say that this hotel is good one. The staff were very hospitable. The room should be for a 4-stars. The only thing I did not like was a smell that I smelled from the pillow sometimes. It was not a terrible problem, but the hotel should fix it by putting the pillow under the sunshine for 1-2 hours

We were delighted how central the hotel was.we were within walking distance of Central Station so our travel was made so much easier. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Good Location and Price
The room was modest, but the price was right and the location was very good (it was walkable to train station and to a lot of the attraction). I should also say that the host was very friendly. Continental Breakfast was at a coffee shop down the street -- busy but very authentic. Our room overlooked a fairly busy road, but when we closed the windows at night it was pretty soundproofed. All in all I was satisfied with the place as a good base for a few days in Milan.

Convenient location and value
We had a comfortable triple room. Staff was helpful advising us on what to see and how to get there. Breakfast was a coupon for a pastry and coffee at a fabulous coffee shop nearby. Location is great. Easy to get to subway and busses. Also not that far from train station (we walked from the station).
