"We very much enjoyed our stay at Chelsea Savoy Hotel. The location is just perfect, right next to the subway, walkable distance to many city attractions. The staff was very nice and friendly especially Eva from the reception. Thanks so much Eva you were lovely and helped us a lot. The breakfast which is complimentary is same every day, just bagels and muffins but still great to have something to start your day. Rooms ale clean, housekeeping is coming every day if you need to clean your room....

"The rooms were small but adequate for our 3 night stay. The location was excellent with numerous restaurants easily accessible by walking. We were very unhappy about the $3/bag storage fee we were charged for holding our luggage until our room was ready, we've never experienced this before anywhere. The room was very noisy at night as there was a lot of road construction in the middle of the night well into the morning hours."
