"I stayed here for 5 days over the holiday weekend. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was outstanding! You walk across the street and you're right there on the boardwalk. I specifically choose this place so I could be walking distance to the beach and restaurants and it did not disappoint! My room was perfect for just me and came with a mini kitchen - full sized fridge with 3 trays full of ice cubs in the freezer, a microwave, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. "Very nice beach access. No hand towels provided. No soap/shampoo holder in the bathroom shower."

"Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay."
