"Check in with smooth, parking is included. Make sure you park in the rear of the hotel or you will get a ticket. The elevators were broke so luggage had to be carried up. Staff speaks limited English. Great location, food and stores nearby."

"Vallet Service is horrible. Regardless of the time day it takes anywhere from. 30-45 minutes to get the vehicle back. Parking Charges and food items, including water bottles, are unreasonable priced high compared to any five star property around that area. Not seeing a basic coffee machine in the room, was a sheer disappointment."

"very close to cruise port and they offer $10 shuttle to get me there!! Bfast was plentiful with options! Very loud room that overlooked the boulevard… All night we heard sirens and people yelling from bars. Asked for a room overlooking the pool if you want some peace and quiet.!"

"We received an upgrade at the front desk for a small charge to a much larger room (3 bedroom Bay View Suite). We were on the 18th floor and had stunning views of Biscayne Bay. The location was perfect for cruising out of the Miami port. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area and we will definitely stay here every single time we cruise out of Miami. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
