"Nice stay here. Better if you have kids as it is more so a family resort but excellent. Salvador was a great server. Would definitely come back. Hopefully with kids of my own!!"

"I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the pools were nice. The one pool I liked the most was the one outside the buffet and bar almost in front of front desk where you have a gorgeous view of the ocean. They also do different games during the day and dancing class in the pool. The food was good and the shows they do at hotel awesome. My daughter and I specially loved the Michael Jackson show. We also loved the show by the inside bar where the piano girl play some nice piano songs but after somewhat 8 pm she actually performs singing with karaoke and it turns into cumbia and salsa and other Latin music awesome perform that singer can’t remember her name but she said was from Cuba she was awesome and nice. The hotel is located in a nice spot close to Marlin beach and not far away from playa forum or gaviota azul where the ocean is calm for kids to swim also playa caracol was nice for kids. The staff at hotel were all nice and courteous. I specially met 2 ladies at the breakfast buffet bar in front of Italian restaurant very nice and sweet they offered to go get breakfast fue my daughter because my daughter is kind of shy. One of them was Melissa but the other one I can’t remember her name. "

"Everything was very accessible and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. No problem finding or getting to anything we wanted or needed. The staff was great 👍. Everyone was attentive and concerned about our wellbeing. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone."

"Galeria Plaza Reforma is a gem. It is two scant blocks from the Angel. The courteous staff, especially the executive taxi service, impressed me most. We cannot say enough about Jesus Gomez, the driver we hired to drive us around. If you happen to stay at Galeria Plaza, it is well worth asking about Jesus and the driving service he provides. When we return, we will surely use his services again."
