"It was a little difficult to find and you cant take a taxi to the location so if you have luggage you have to carry it through the medina to find the entrance which is in a small hidden corner. It was a little deceiving that it calls itself a hotel when its actually a bed and breakfast. "The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!"
