They have a silly policy where if you dont book your room for two people at check in even though its clearly a two person room they will not allow you a second person in the room and you can't even pay to add. You have to buy a whole separate room for the person.

This beautiful hotel serve me very well. Great and big dining room in separate rooms. Fitness room looks nice and organized. Only negative thing is the treadmill belt doesn’t go smooth but I got used with it. This place is still a great to stay in! Highly Recommend.

Very nice and clean hotel in a good part of the city friendly staff and is walkable to restaurants and bars but not in the middle of them so it’s very quiet at night. The complementary breakfast is awesome a lot bigger than expected & has a great variety we went downstairs every morning for it.

The resort is located in a beautiful area the breakfast is good the only thing is that there is no pool in the hotel so it’s a little bit boring and the price they offer for their transportation to pick up at the airport are too expensive use Uber. The Uber in Colombia is a A trust me.

The room and property was very clean and modern. The room was spacious and bathroom was large. There was no full length mirror which was a con. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Staff super awesome and friendly! Very accommodating! Went there for a bday trip for my bff and they did every single little thing we wanted for them to do to recognize her bday, they decorated the room, played bday song during breakfast, gave her a bday mimosa on the house, just so amazing! Breakfast was bomb! And the hotel is in a really safe area and close distance to most places. Would stay here again!

The Hotel is very nice and they keep it spotless. That's one of the first things I noticed when I walked into the lobby. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the service was great. It was very very enjoyable.

The room was overpriced. I got charged more than what the site said. This property is way overpriced for what they offer. They are taking advantage of the influx of foreigners to bump up their prices and rake in more money. Very disappointing.

Hotel is nice. It was really clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are a little bit small if you plan to share it with more people (did not have much space and bathroom is not private at all). The breakfast buffet was really good and had lots of options. Hotel is close to malls, restaurants and bars.

I don’t want to brag but this hotel is top notch and safety is 10/10. Would definitely be back the breakfast was amazing and the bar has the best drinks I’ve ever had non alcoholic

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Kudos to Jason at front desk- awesome guy! Rooms on top floor gives you amazing views! Hotel is convenient as all the local restaurants/bars and hang out spots/malls are 5-10 min cab rides and 10-15 min walk going south are other hang out spots such as bars, restaurants, nail spots, etc.
