Relaxing in Medellín!
We enjoyed our stay here - the staff was lovely, the breakfast was so relaxing on their patio, and the location was excellent! This was my 1st time visiting Medellín and our home base here added to the pleasure.

If you want to enjoy a good dinning, shopping, walking distance area, and not been in the Provenza crowd this is the best hotel to stay. Very quiet, breakfast included, very safe area and customer service is amazing! All the employees were very helpful and super nice all the time. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall was ok. Customer service was like a 8-10. Advice always hang out room door the sign don’t disturb because they knock you beginning at 8:00 for asking for any service. Laundry or housekeeping what ever.

Definitely recommend to get the option with breakfast was a good choice.. Almost 10 minutes away from shopping centers restaurants.. the only thing seem like the room upgrade is never available anywhere I go with the Expedia vip that too me seem like it’s just that they don’t want to give at times but the hotel was clean staff was nice I would definitely go back

I liked the hotel specially for its location. The breakfast was fair for the price. I didn’t like the cleanest. One day after a very poor cleaning,they left the room without toilet paper and without even one towel.

The service in general was good. Staff are nice, gentle and willing to help with everything and no matter the time. The restaurant serves a nice, varied and good buffet for breakfast, but for dinner options are limited and not tasty. The room was alright, after asked for change of sofa bed to twin bed. The bedroom could use some hooks or/and shelves to place personal articles. Overall a pleasant stay!

Property is quite, staff is great and helpful. Hotel is rundown, need a bit of work. During my stay it was electrical outrage, 2 night need it to change room in the night since toilet stop flush and was giving the option to go to a room where it the toilet work.. Overall people working there is amazing.

Soy Colombiana, ciudadana de los Estados Unidos y residente en USA hace más de 23 años. Me pareció apenas lógico registrarme en el hotel con mi documento colombiano y a pesar de que les expliqué a los empleados del hotel que no residía en mi país de nacimiento y que tenía en mi poder mi pasaporte americano, licencia de conducir y otros documentos que lo probarían, insistieron en cobrarme $100 de impuestos por una estadía en el hotel por la cual pague un poco más de $400, absurda y negligente la actitud de los empleados que aplican la norma tributaria colombiana a su conveniencia, pues insistieron en que yo debería exhibir el sello de entrada en mi pasaporte como turista, desconociendo que en inmigración se puede optar por el registro biométrico; tampoco quisieron mirar mi registro migratorio; era más ventajoso para ellos cobrar el mencionado impuesto

It was ok.
The stay was fine. The room was clean and had some snack and drinks (paid). The shower was big and hot water was readily available. I needed an iron the last night and I called the front desk and one was brought shortly. It did take the front desk personnel quite some time to check us in. They also allowed us to check in an hour earlier.

The friendly staff. The location is nowhere. There is no common transportation option. Only call-and-wait, sometimes overcharging taxi. From the hotel to SantaFe mall, the taxi fee should be around 7 mil, but one rainy evening I was charged 20 mil.

Everything was perfect! The staff was so friendly since the first day that we check in with Laura and Patricia. I have a littler concern that when the people clean the bedroom my husband has his phone charger back to the nightstand and they push to the back and broken it. But otherwise everything was so perfect.
