Quiet location in old house with pretty garden
Great location - away from craziness, but only a short downhill walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was pretty, but too cold for us. Room needs updating. A/c didn’t work.

Great Location
Two of us recently stayed here for a week. Very well located. Very safe, quiet, but with very easy walking access to great food – expensive or reasonable, supermarkets, cafes, bars, night time madness, and bus transport to for example to The Rock. Cannot comment on safety of the bar area at night, but it heaves. Once again, no Spanish, Google Translator is a revelation. Walk down the hill, very cheap taxi back up. Or walk if that's where you want to spemd your energy. The place has seen better days, including our room 5, and needs some love, looked out on car park. But we had a fridge, a huge bed, lots of space, wifi, OK bathroom. Good breakfast. This place was OK and a good find.

This hotel felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Our room was very small and extremely basic. The TV didn't work and the carpet was threadbear. Nobody spoke English but luckily my daughter could speak some Spanish so we managed to communicate but all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The outside pool area was pleasant, we sat there for a couple of hours during our stay but didn't venture into the water. The breakfast was also nice enough every morning.

Quiet base to explore poblado/Medellin
Located a short (uphill) walk from the centre of the poblado nightlife this was a very quiet convenient base to explore medellin from although it's a long walk to metro station, it's a short taxi ride (only around 5000 pesos). Friendly staff, rooms basic and a bit dark , lovely pool area, good breakfast.

Good location near stores and restaurants
I was pleased with room cleanliness. There is no air conditioning but that isn't much of an issue as the temperature drops at night and they provide fans. There are several staff members who speak English fairly well. They were helpful with all of my questions. Hot water was also limited depending upon the time of day. Quiet and safe area for walking.

Me pareció un gran lugar cerca a lo que se necesita y con mucha comodidad y por la noches no se escucha la bulla, tiene muchas cosas cerca, así que cualquier cosa que se necesite se puede conseguir, adicional tener una piscina, hace que se puede relajar de una gran manera y el servicio excelente de principio a fin

Terrible! Las puertas no tienen buena seguridad, a las 2 de la mañana llegó un borrachito hacer escándalo que perturbó mi noche. Al otro día el desayuno lo estaba haciendo el mismo de la recepción porque la señora encargada no llegó.

Buena estadía
Estuvimos 4 noches con mi esposa e hijo. El hotel no es nuevo, pero es cómodo y el personal es muy amable. Relación calidad precio es buena, ubicado en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de restaurantes y parque Lleras.

Ruhige Lage und doch sehr zentral
Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von El Poblado und es ist somit angenehm ruhig. In 5-10 Gehminuten ist man mitten im Restaurant- und Barviertel El Poblado. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück i. O.
