"The location of the hotel is great. The food was decent. We stayed on the first floor by dinning area so it was a little noise at times. "

"Great economy hotel a few minutes walk from the caxa bus station. The rooms are recently refurbished the bathrooms are nice and clean. It has Cable tv Lots of stairs and no elevator so not really suitable for the handicapped or those who have trouble walking up stairs. If you lose your key, they will charge $100 Mx or about $6. I didn’t know about that in it left a bad taste in my mouth. The WiFi works most of the time but not all the time. My room did not have air conditioning but I was fine without it. It had an upright fan which kept a cool breeze blowing. Xalapa has a mild climate so it is quite comfortable most of the time without air on. My rate had a continental brake fast included. I kid the $120mx to upgrade to the buffet. DO NOT waste your money, the upgrade was just not worth it. There are plenty of nearly restaurants that offer much better breakfasts for the same price or less! All In all a great place to stay, just don’t lose your key and eat elsewhere and it will be a great stay!"
