"Stayed here based on a shorter stay at their sister hotel in Ibiza last year which I absolutely loved! Can't fault the experience, however probably wouldn't do half board again as the options for dinner were quite limited - the lunch menu at the beach bar was much more varied!"

"We arrived about 2pm to be told check in was at 4pm. Which was completely acceptable. We finally got into our apartment at 5.15pm, after having been up since 3.30 am for an early flight , this wasn't a good start . We weren't given enough towels for five of us , and there were only four beds, despite our booking being made for 2 adults and three children. On enquiring about this , I was told there was a 10 Euro surcharge per night for a fold away bed , which would have cost us another 120...

"The towels were so badly conditions reception staff so rude fridge leaking in the room ruin my shoes and. Clothes reported the matter no one followed it up gym equipment dangerous breakfast staff were the only people who were polite "
