The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke with English for an easy check in and some local information. If you have mobility issues, specify this in booking as there is no lift and only a few rooms at ground level. "

"This hotel is an ABSOLUTE GEM - quite possibly our favourite hotel on our trip. It's a great blend of historical (the building itself) and modern (the rooms and decor). It's tucked away on a quiet street and super walkable to all the major sights & sites of Cadiz. The room we stayed in was very spacious, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Honestly, the bathroom was even my favourite hotel bathroom on this trip! (Powerful shower and lots of storage space for toiletries!) 😂 No issues...

The area is not as noisy as other reviews make it out to be, and after all it is in the city center. However, we did not mind at loved the area as it was near everything we wanted to see."

"We stayed in the Badiane room, which is decorated in a lovely way. The downside is that the window opens to the corridor that is connected to the inner courtyard. It does have air conditioning. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard for tea and coffee."
