What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional attitude of the staff, whether it was the Front Office team, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, or Dining staff. "Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. "
