This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to central station and town. Its in a quiet road but with reasonable restaurants around and a great bar opposite . There is beautiful old library lounge on the ground floor where free coffee and tea is available. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Our room was on top floor so had a sloping ceiling which made the small room feel even smaĺler.

There was parking in a secured garage only about 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Rooms were nice. Ask for room 419… also, it’s not much from the outside but go to Shure for dinner. Awesome! Our check in at the hotel was great. Nicole greeted us so wonderfully.

Everything was excellent. The man at the front desk was especially warm and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, comfortable bed (loved that you could adjust them!), lovely library, interesting art and history. Wonderful all around. The Mayfair Hotel is perfectly located in close proximity to the station and shopping area however is positioned in a quiet street. We had a suite on the 3rd floor at the front of the building all good with fridge and kettle included the best shower ever infact the room was so comfortable i did not want to go out. The breakfast was amazing served in the cellar a good choice of food both hot and cold in a relaxing environment. The staff are very helpful and friendly would not hesitate to stay again. It’s a period building beautifully maintained a real joy and something different from the standard Hilton type set up - magnificent ….

The Mayfair hotel is an amazing historical landmark of Malmo. So much to explore both inside and around it. My single room is small but has everything you need. One small downside of living in an older building is that it is not very soundproof (from both the street and the corridor). But can’t be too picky when have the chance to participate in this unique experience.
