"The room wasn't ready at the stated check in time, but the people at the front desk mentioned they had late check outs and were short staffed due to housekeeping staff calling in, we were able to check in maybe 30 mins late, which wasnt a huge deal. Pleasant, clean and courteous

"Upon arriving at the hotel, everything outside was clean when walking through the front doors there was no weird smells. The front desk was very helpful and polite. Check-in was great room was clean. The only complaint I would have to have would be the breakfast. It is not the greatest they need to go back to pre-Covid breakfast."
