Firstly, regarding the water supply, there isn't an issue per se; however, there is a brief delay of about 5 seconds required to activate the pump. This delay is typical in traditional areas like the Jonker Area where our establishment is situated. We rely on a water pump to supply water to all rooms, hence the slight delay upon turning on the tap. Our staff usually informs guests about this upon check-in.In terms of the bed comfort, we do offer soft beds, and we're more than happy to accommodate requests for a change if guests find them unsatisfactory. However, we didn't receive any request or feedback from you during your stay regarding this matter.
