They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation. The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick. My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner."

"The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We went during their low season, so the attention to detail was phenomenal. The beach isnt the best in the area. We couldnt swim in the beach because we were warned about jellyfish in water. We did experience rain during out trip, so the best time to visit is October- November. Overall, this hotel is pretty secluded so if you like quiet, this is the place. "

"The Amari was the perfect choice for our stay in Phuket. The facilities were beautiful, the staff were so friendly and accomodated to our every need, buffet breakfast was amazing. Could not fault anything and shed a tear when it was time to say goodbye. Will definately be staying again in the future."
