Although not the handiest hotel for the city centre unless taking a taxi, it is a very nice hotel. What they described as a cafe is actually a nice restaurant and the food was very good , the rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There are shops and cafes nearby. A bus stop for the airport bus is an easy 10 minute walk away.

Excellent place. Is close to a bus station that take you very easy to downtown and very cheap, like 1.50 euros one way. Also parking lot has but you have to pay. About the property it was clean, nice lobby, our room was nice the bed was comfy. I mean was a good hotel. The staff was very nice they told us about the bus station and places to go and things to do.

Front desk people were helpful. Sixth floor "refurbished" room- upon arrival a/c was 38C. Had to call maintenance bc wouldn't work. Took over 2 hours to fix. Power failure of entire hotel overnight. A/c again wouldn't come in and day maintenance told me it was "working". Came back in afternoon and no, was definitely broken. Called maintenance again. Multiple calls to receive toilet paper and shower gel that housekeeping failed to refill daily. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Neighborhood nice. Bring washcloths, your own Kleenex, and your patience.

This hotel seems to be a hidden little gem within Madrid. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms albeit it wasn’t the Ritz Carlton, it wasn’t a Motel 6 either. It was a pleasing stay. I’d definitely stay here again. If you’re traveling w family, this is the place.
