"Stopped here a few times. Next to the airport, so great location for it. Check in was very easy. Rayeem (hope my memory is correct) was extremely friendly and pleasant. Quieter than you would expect and other people were considerate through the night.(I had some bad news late at night and didn't sleep). Got up at 4.30 and went down for the 'Grab and Go' breakfast and was pleasantly surprised that you could sit and have cereals and hot coffee along with croissants and muffins. "

"We stayed only one night very close to the airport for our flight the following morning. When we checked in it stated that the room was standard, I had booked a superior (this may not be the correct terminology) this was quickly corrected though the room we were given was quite clearly set for one person as there was only one robe, one pair of slippers, one bottle of water etc! The room however was more than acceptable!"

"Good Budget hotel walking distance to the airport. Cleanliness was ok. Food in the onsite restaurant was adequate, but breakfast was poor, it took a long time for the buffet breakfast to be refilled and what was their not hot. I would stay again as proximity to the airport, but would forgo the breakfast"

"Unfortunately the room i was given had not been cleaned, so necessitated a change of room at 11 pm. There was also an issue which delayed breakfast by aroud 45 mins. The room also allowed a lot of noise in from the road outside. "

Get the bus back to the airport or get the A bus outside the ibis hotel outside the airport to the main town bus station and walk through the shopping Mall Thistle express is a little way along on your right.
