In general, it was a fairly positive experience. A halfway decent continental breakfast in the morning. A few nights, some other guests made too much noise in my room. Also, I lost a few quarters on a washer. My money was promptly refunded and that’s good. I received a pretty dimwitted response when I mentioned that an “out of order” sign should be placed over the washer that was apparently nonfunctional. His response was “the light’s out, that should tell you what you need to know. “ That was a pretty callous response and it does not tell one anything. It’s not enough for just a light to be out in a washing machine. An “out of order” sign needs to be placed over a no functioning washing machine so that it is unequivocally clear that it is nonfunctional. That response was pretty callous, assanune, and apathetic. Other than those few things, it is a pretty good value. The tours are wonderful.
