The staff was great. The property needs work. May things were broken or missing. Also poor design for the bathroom door which was glass.

Overall, a great experience. The service was excellent, front desk employees were all very nice. However there was some lack in service from certain employees, but the other employees made up for it. The area the hotel was in, was convenient, close to everything and we could walk around. Not too much noise and overall a clean area. Great hotel and would for sure come back if i can

Actual rooms very clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Looking forward to a nice drink on the rooftop ti find it was actually closed . Air conditioner very noisy.

Upper balcony was under construction and wasn’t told prior to arrival. Parking was expensive and very tight. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Close to a lot of places.
