The room was clean, there were enough parking's (few inside), and the location was great for quick access to LAX.

No parking fee. Such a quaint little place for an affordable price near the cleanest beach among L.A. beaches. Owner is super sweet and will recommend places from great mom and pop diners to shopping.

Although the room itself was a bit small it was very nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked to be recently updated. We had a fridge, microwave and iron and ironing board. The area was quiet and conveniently located near freeways and beaches. An ice machine was close to the room. Overall a pleasant stay

This is an old, basic motel. Everything was clean and functional. Good place to crash before flying out of LAX, only 15min away.

Arrived here very late at night but the hotel receptionist was lovely from the get go. He accomodated our late arrival with kindness, love and professionalism, so appreciated this. The room was decent could have used more towels but nice clean room and close to lax for quick night stay, thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze! The check in and check out was super easy. The room was comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave. It was a great value and we would stay here again.

Everything went smoothly - booking, my time in the motel, and checking out. The motel is clean and cozy, and a room with a Queen bed was spacious. My room had a small refrigerator in a separate area from the bed and a clean bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Everything was in order. A coffee and tea machine was in the first-floor reception room. It was peaceful and quiet. I felt myself safe in the motel and the neighborhood.
