Overall, my experience was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The price was great. I liked the location (close to airport and I had a late flight). However, there was limited dining and the television did not work. There were obvious problems with the plumbing (the sink backed up when the bathtub was drained). I also could hear people knocking on other room doors.

My only complaint is, your staffing is horrible. I felt so sorry for the lady. She was the only person trying to check everyone in and out. You had other staff members who walk by and go into the back door and not say a word. I careless if they didn’t work at the counter, they are still employees of this company.

Very nicely remodeled..Beautiful.. Last time I was in this hotel was in the 80's when it was a Hilton.. Nice rooms, spacious..

Stayed at this hotel for an event at the Toyota Arena. It's a nice and affordable hotel, and the staff were very helpful during my stay. It's also with walking distance of the Arena and has many options for good food. My only complaint is the keycards. I had to really mess with the lock to get my key to work even after getting a replacement. Other than that, great stay and I will be staying again in the future.
