This is a hidden gem in downtown LA! The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service in every respect. My room was spacious, comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed (and more). The area isn't fantastic at night (which is typical of all of downtown LA), but the presence of security outside the hotel was reassuring. Its proximity to the metro, eateries and entertainment venues such as Crypto.com and LA Live is a huge bonus. I cannot fault O Hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was excellent especially to crypto arena! Staff was friendly and nice. Room was small but clean and cozy. There are a lot of homeless, but it’s downtown so that’s a thing. I would stay there again

The employees were amazing. Very sweet and gave easy directions on how to park and how to enter the hotel/elevators with your room key. The room was a bit small but good for one night. I do wish it had more charging outlets. A piece of the floor was coming up and the shower door liner came undone. The shower was weirdly designed and couldn’t be turned on unless you were in the shower and the water would shoot you in the face with cold water. The bed was not great that was probably my biggest complaint. Super firm and springy mattress. Not the best on my neck. Next time I will bring a better pillow. Again for one night it was worth it. The employees made my stay really nice. Great customer service. Give them a raise.

It s a good place to stay, but unfortunately there is no restaurant, no spa whereas we took this place especially for the spa. They should have updated their Website.

The rooms were decent even though I only stayed for two nights. It was worth the price paid for. The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and staff are nice and willing to assist with all your needs. Before booking I’d recommend calling and seeing if all that’s shown are available. The Spa and the restaurant out front are currently not available. So I had to Alter my Spa day plan which was disappointing for me . They offer breakfast and free gym access on property and across the street. which was spacious and nice . Hopefully in the future the only thing I can say what will make the suits standout is expanding at least one of the bathrooms. Space wise. My room was exactly how the pictures looked . And that was amazing. Overall I was happy and felt welcome . Just a few nicknacks the area is not the cleanest and the noise from the people in the street is something the hotel can not control so you just have to deal with it . 2nights out of my 5night stay the homeless people just start singing so loud and making random noises early in the mornings like 3am. Woke me up .! but that’s not the hotels fault it’s just the Area . A lot of things in the area food, shopping etc. the lady that checked me in was so accommodating . Thank you

I loved the amenities in my room. I also liked that the hotel was 3-4 blocks away from the convention center which was perfect. I also liked how close it was to the train station. The breakfast was also good.

Property is inviting once you open the door. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Room was clean and better than expected. Quiet nights rest. Shower was nice, no hard water. Great location, many venues within walking distance. Cryto.com Arena (Staples Center), The Mayan Theater, The Belasco Theater. Also plenty of restaurants and food options small and large close by. Covered parking right next door, at seperate fee. Convenient if you have an event nearby, this would actually offset your event parking that would only get you a few hours.
