The room was a good size and though outdated, it wasn’t actually bad for the price. My complaint is that somewhere in a nearby room there was someone blasting their music up until about 3:00 AM on Saturday night. I’m talking loud bass that made the entire building shake and could probably be heard and felt a mile away. I didn’t call the front desk to complain because I was in and out of sleep and getting up to make the call would have definitely driven off the sleep my body needed before my long flight back home. However, with as loud as the music and the shaking was, there’s no way that someone at the front desk wouldn’t have noticed it. I’m docking points for the lack of initiative to fix the problem. With music that loud, NO guest should even have to complain before management asks the offender to turn it off.
