At our property, room service is less formal that usually comes with non autograph properties. However we understand our use of plastic is not great for the environment and we are currently looking into other more sustainable options. Our room layout is unique and cntered to be akin to Auriopean hotels since our use of space in Downtown la is quite limited. We do have an option to dim lights, it is located next to your on/off switch. The front desk is available 24/7 for any questions you may have had.Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience our space has caused. and if your travels ever should bring you to the downtown Los Angeles Area again, we would like the chance to make a better stay.Best,Hotel Per La
