I am very picky with the affordable hotels I stay at in LA. This was a great pick. I paid for the valet, and the guys were very nice and careful! (hours are only 630a-1130p so consider that) The property felt safe even with homeless around side streets (there is security on premises). It was very quiet. Not once did I hear people in next room. I didn't have an updated room BUT it was a room I had hoped for - one that overlooks Hollywood sign. Bed comfy. Shower good. No microwave in room. Will stay here again.

we had the 2bd apartment. Nicely renovated, premium fixtures and kitchen is fully functional has all convenience items like a kettle,stove,refrigerator, washer/dryer. 2 bathrooms were very useful. Do not recommend if you have trouble with stairs- no elevator on apartment side. Stairs are narrow as well. Inside apartment has a nice barn style sliding door to main restroom- very esthetically pleasing but hard to regulate my toddler from trying to get to restroom. Overall great service and location central to attractions such as Universal, Santa Monica Pier,La Brea.

The staff was very friendly, the valet parking is so worth it! Seems they were under construction. Would have been nice to have a bar to go to within the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay

Good price for a specious room (We stayed in one-bedroom deluxe apartment). Quiet & reasonably clean. Kind & helpful staff. Plenty of outlets where you need them. Well equipped room with modern & functional design. Just wish the shower room closure was a bit higher for taller people.

Had a good stay at the property. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The windows are quite thin and you can hear everything going on in the parking lot at night so would request a room on the other side of the hotel. Might be more quiet.

The carpet was so unclean and GREASY it was like a stove-top after grilling 75 hamburgers. They forced me to pay for Valet parking at $15 a day then required me to tip $10 everytime I needed my car. Restaurant was called "fine Chinese " but was just regular fare at outrageous prices. I realize all of L.A. is in a humanitarian crisis, but the neighborhood was very unsafe and scary... bare in mind I'm a 275lb MMA fighter and even I was nervous. Would not stay here if you are a woman. No grocery and no restaurants which looked clean enough to not get food poisoning. I literally drove to Studio City to eat and shop. I wish I could get a refund.

Don’t stay here!
We had trouble since night one, we stayed 3 nights overall. Online it doesn’t say we’re required to pay valet parking it says parking on site nothing states the only parking is valet that we have to pay an ADDITIONAL $15 per night, when we brought it up to the lady at the front desk she went online to check, paused when she knew we where correct but still charged us. Then when we asked for a copy of the receipt she would not give us a copy so we took a photo which we caught her taking a photo as well. That evening I asked for an extra blanket which we received a very thin itchy one, the following day I asked for another blanket and they denied because they said the housekeeping was closed. Also the pull out couch is extremely small not like the photos, I’m 4’11” and it was even too small for me. And very uncomfortable. We where also woken up each day with banging outside from people working on the railing and things outside. The walls are very thin we could even hear the couple upstairs walking around and being intimate. Overall, this place is awful. The front desk staff was terrible, it was always something. We came from Texas and unfortunately this stay was not great.

This hotel is located in a relatively walkable area, its clean & staff members are friendly. At this price point it’s probably the best option to consider. My only issue was the carpeting in the room, it had a wierd feeling/texture to it that made it uncomfortable to walk on.

The hotel staff was so friendly and supportive. The valet parking facility was helpful. neighborhood is safe and quiet with access to rideshares and dining places nearby. fast access to downtown LA and attractions. room was clean and comfortable.
