Second time I stay here because of the club across the street and the TV didn’t work first time and second time, the bed had a big hump in the middle

The overall stay was pleasant, however there was no breakfast provided, you needed management to gain entry to the pool, and a hidden deposit was asked upon arrival which said information was included in a confirmation Email so please read all information closely.
On the plus side the location was amidst shopping centers, a bank, fast food and casual dining with freeway access minutes away.

The service was not very nice at all. My husband went purchaes some at the store and came the peopl at the front was harrasing him telling him he trepassing on the property. Me and him checked in together at front with both our ids and made both of us felt very uncomfortable

For a last minute stay it was pretty comfy. Only down side was all the traffic noise but besides that I would definitely stay there again.

I did stayed at the hotel. It's location is very bad and it is not a hotel to stay if you have a family. The neighborhood is bad. The hotel has no social areas. It is over rated. A 2.0 out of 5. I do not recommend it for families. A motel 6 it is way better than this venue. I do npt recommend it.

First of all the entrance to the place is really inconvenient. Second, the entrance to where our room was located, was right at the end of the building right next to a main street where you can hear every single car go by therefore not being able to sleep. The TV did not work and the guy never showed up. It was three in the morning, and I felt like there were parties in every single room around us. The area was terrible and unsafe. Needless to say. I’ve never stayed in a place where the deposit was so high $150 bucks really? Plus an additional $10 administrative fee. This is ludicrous. I travel all the time and never get charged additional fees unless it’s Vegas. For the price I would never stay here again I don’t recommend at all.

On12/31/2022 night shift staff, Indian guy treated to Customer is very bad. My friend smoke vape at the parking lot he yelling to my friend said can’t smoke here. But they do not put any sign to cannot smoke at hotel property. We don’t know .Even we are wrong he can said politely and tell to me, he not gonna give you the room. So the next morning I leave the message to morning shift staff and afternoon shift staff to call managers to complain about this guy. I leave the message 2 times to manager. But no one call me. The service is very bad. I’m not gonna stay this hotel again.

No breakfast, plus we had to pay extra $10 fee at check in. Reception was always on the phone outside called twice to ask about breakfast no one answered until I finally went to the office.

It was cleaned but disappointed this time around. The TV was not working. I called guest services and they never showed to fix it. Lamps were not working. Water took too long to heat up and even then it was luke warm. There was no outlet for the little coffee machine so had to move it

We got a room towards the end first floor, there was a room across from us looks like a big family living in that room they kept the doors open so you can see so many people inside! Plus our room the lamp was broken, no toilet paper, no towels, called front desk took them couple hrs to bring everything had to call them twice for service! Never again will book at this hotel

Room was dirty and i had a dirty bath towel and when they inspected the room to get my cash deposit back they charged me 20 for a towel that was already filthy

This place is crooked. I placed a hotel reservation for the first night and they said they never seen the reservation and made me pay a higher amount on my credit card. The next night that I stayed there they ended up seeing that reservation but it was a different person that took my reservation when I went down to the office.

The location and room was excellent so was the customer service the only thing was the elevator the door wouldn’t close and it took about 5 try’s for it to go up finally

The night attendant was very rude. He was trying to change me $50 to park a 2nd car and when I asked him to show me a list of prices to park multiple cars and he said “I know the prices”. I responded “okay but I don’t and I want to see a list of the prices”. Then the attendant got upset and said “if you don’t trust me then you can leave.” I told him that I simply want to see a list of prices and he said the list was too long and he didn’t have time to show me. Then he said I’m not giving you a room so just leave. I had to call Expedia customer support to get my room. Also a lot of the people were loud and smoking six feet from my room door and the shower didn’t work and the TV remote didn’t turn on the TV.

No microwave (as advertised)
No toiletries (as advertised)
No towels (unless you asked for them at the front desk and what we got where stained and old, frayed and stale and if you had any to start you had to trade them in one per one and sit there as he counted them.
Pool is only open till 6
Rooms are so dirty! Had to wear socks and after a hour wearing them in the room the first hour we arrived, they were black on the bottom.
Area is scetch. Dont walk out at night alone.
ESA? We have one and they charged us 150 for him, even with a doctors letter. We were asked for a certificate (they clearly dont know how it works).
Laundry machines and ice machine locked behind a door and cant be used.
Tub was clogged and would not drain (gross).
Black mold by the tub and celing.
Holes in the walls and bathroom door was so dirty.
No pet area to take my dog out anywhere.
People who work here were rude.
Should have read all the comments before reserving.
They mopped the outside sidewalk (yes full pit mopping it), but cant do inside the rooms?
No plastic cups for water
Our fridge leaked alot
We regrettably looked at the filters for the ac and cleaned them for obvious reasons.
We drove 18 hours to get here. All problems were addressed with the manager and he either ignored us or shoed us away.

Overall the room was large and roomy. THe beds were clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. The additional fees were not expected as we felt they shoul dhave been included int he fee for the room. This is deceiving when booking b/c it makes the room seem like it costs less than it really does. Also, if a cc is on file, why is an additional $150 deposit necessary? This really put a damper on my overall expereince.
