My family stays at this Hotel frequently, use to be a favorite. This time I was over charged, house keeping entered rooms as soon as we left when we didnt request any maid service. Took towels that didnt even belong to them. Hotel staff also walked in on my family twice. When I checked out, I noticed they rebilled me for the night I prepaid. I called to get billing fixed, was treated extermly rude and hotel staff blamed Expedia. Saying Expedia sent them my credit card info and advised the hotel to rebill me. Expedia even called and was hung up on several times by the front desk. I am still waiting to hear from Management with Hitlon. I am quit shocked with the turn around this hotel as taken.
