Clean and safe. Located near freeway. Excellent breakfast choices, although don’t come late or selections decreases. Fruits limited - the banana were not the best. Rooms quiet and clean. Had problems with the heater/AC unit. Overall a good stay

Hot & cold breakfast choices - waffles, various hot sandwiches, cereal, mini omelette, bagels, muffins & fruit. Per pet stay charge. Quiet. Had a few issues with the heater & a/c unit. Close to I-210 freeway. Lots of places to eat around hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was falling apart - towel holders barely attached, drawers not working correctly, etc. the walls were incredibly thin, and staff did nothing about a midnight party going on in the room adjoining ours.

There had been a water main break and much of the hotel was being repaired. Area around hotel under construction which made access to and from hard. Sidewalks closed for construction prevented me from walking to nearby restaurants.

This is such a comfortable and friendly complex. The staff were always smiling and so very helpful. And the breakfast was excellent—not the usual cold cereal, make your own waffles, and hard cheese omelettes. There were six different kinds of breakfast sandwiches, all served fresh and hot. And there was the lovely pool and fire pit!!

I like the hotel but some of your staff I observed needs a little courtesy.A smile doesn’t cost much so I would say you need people especially in the front desk .

Very disappointed!
Very disappointed! The chair had a cigarette burn in it and the outlet in the bathroom would not work so I had to use in a different room with no mirror accessible for using my curling iron on my hair…was told they will check it in the next day which I was leaving…. I had a two day stay and they would not compensate me or anything! Again very disappointed especially for the price! I also had to wait to be let in as Gabriel looked at me and just continued to do computer work!

I stayed at this hotel for the recent Breeder Cup races at Santa Anita. I was a single woman staying alone as the rest of my group opted to pay a lot more money to stay closer to the track. This hotel was only 15 minutes to the track. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe coming in after dark. Even though, it's right off the highway, it was quiet inside. Breakfast options were good as was the 24 hour coffee. My friends will stay here next time we're out to visit Santa Anita!!

The receptionist Martin was very rude and unprofessional. I called after checking out to ask why I was charged twice for one night. He would cut me off immediately and did not seem to care he simply told me to call Expedia then hung up.
