Good hotel with good staff. Parking isn’t the most ideal as they have limited spots in the garage. Quality of rooms was ok, furniture was a bit “used” feeling. Bed was clean and comfy. Room had accessible shower and caused a lot of leaking into the bathroom. Overall good stay. Convenient to the train to downtown LA

Checked into our room. Husband went to use restroom, wouldn't flush properly, the bathroom sink had low water pressure. Turned on shower and it was coming out like light rain drops. The floors in the room were very messed up and Everytime you stepped you can feel the flooring was coming undone. Called the front desk to ask about the toilet and water pressure issues, didn't get much help besides he could move us to the other side of the hotel but it was a lot noiser. No other solutioms were given. Tried to turn down the AC unit because it was hot in the room. Was programed only to go down a certain temperature to 68 degrees. Was needing it to be around 65 degrees since I'm pregnant. Uncomfortable night stay. Wouldn't stay again .

The Lexen’s location was incredible!! Walking distance to many restaurant and bars. Our room eas bigger than we anticipated and it was very modern, unique, and clean. Only down side was the busy street right next to our room which was pretty loud but they thought it through and provided ear buds. We would definitely stay here again! Wish the rooftop bar was open.
