Several things to consider… We happened to be there on a night the fire alarm went off. We followed our instincts to evacuate. The firefighters got there. Moments later they left. No communication, while this is happening, or whatsoever from any employee. We kept waiting outside for a “safe” to go back. Nothing!! Pass by the reception to see if there was any information. The attendant was on the phone, careless about our presence. The breakfast bar is hot water and a mini muffin. Infested, roaches in the room. Wi-Fi lowest speed unless you want to pay extra. Would not recommend it at all.

the smell on the floor was horrible it smelled of dog and cat pee my nose was burning. Apparently people live there I heard kids screaming and it was just nasty I was scared to sleep in the bed because of the horrible smell I’m glad it was just one night.

Reserved online- checked in was easy- front desk seemed like she was on something though. Elevator was not working - the place look dirty and schetchy - got room keys- went up to the room-hallways had a bad odor. Room was dirty. Microwave dirty the sofa chair was dirty and torn. The carpet was filled looking. The lamp was broken. The alarm detector was hanging loose. I did go back to the front desk and request a change of room. They said that the room was just cleaned and the manger had just inspected it and it was fine I showed her the pictures i took. Then she went ahead and gave me a different room. The second room was a little better except the fridge looked unclean. The pool was dirty and the outside lot didn’t seem safe

Close to Toyota Arena . We were attending an event so walking from the hotel was an option . This place is run down It used to be a nice place before the pandemic , not any more. The room was dirty blood on the curtains floors were dirty bathroom door was filthy cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom no complimentary breakfast no shuttle bus to the concert very disappointed in that hotel filthy I slept with my tennis shoes on that's how dirty it was I deserve my money back stay there for 2 days we were supposed to have complimentary breakfast but there was nothing no juice no cereal no waffles no eggs there was muffin and if you're lucky you got a little tiny cup of coffee that's it I will not recommend this to anybody very disappointed I work hard for my money I expect to have a clean room and complimentary breakfast I would like a refund of my money

A HORRIBLE experience.. I desrve a refund...
I arrived at the facilty and the front lobby was saturated with water and vomit because some ones kid threw up and they were trying to clean up. I finally checked into the room and the stove was left on by the previous tenants. The place smelled like mildew and the shower wasnt working so i didnt even get tobtake a shower. Then the next day they said they were doing water repair and turned it completely off from 11 - 4 pm. It was a terrible experience . Ibdrove for 4 hours only to finally get to my hotel and have all these issues

Monumental screw-up
Upon arrival we were told that our paid booking for two rooms meant nothing and they had no rooms for us. We were on our own to find a new place to stay. How is this possible in this day and age? Out of the kindness of another guests, we were able to get one of their rooms. A room with one queen bed for 4 people. Shame on both Extended Stay and Hotels.com for letting this happen.

Continually disappointed
There seemed to be only one employee so the checkin line took about 30 minutes. While waiting, a guest complained that their room was not cleaned and the employee said he would clean it after checking in the guests. They room out of rooms (for reserved guests) and had to turn people away. The bathroom counter had stains, the hotel smelled like cigarettes, guests were playing loud music, the walls were thin, beds were stiff and freeway loud.

The price was good and the bed was pretty comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the room was bad, hair in the shower and bed. Weird smell near the bed. The heater/air conditioning was loud. I could hear noises in the hallway and outside all night. The front desk person entered my room with a key while i was in the room, but i had the slide lock on. She said she heard my window was open? But just walked away quickly. The "breakfast" was coffee and packaged muffins. Overall very poor!

You don’t even get service that way a hotel. You have to turn in your towels to get fresh towels. in and the hallways smell like sewer cause of the trash room areas.

One of the worst hotel I stayed in. “Ghetto” I checked in late evening and nobody was at the front desk. I waited for about 10min. I was looking around the lobby it was dirty. Finally a lady came out in her jogging suit and looks like she just woke up. Unprofessional! I went into my room and it did not looked clean! The bathroom sink looked gross. There were little hairs on the sink. There were no remote control for the TV and could not connect to WFI. I didn’t bother to let the front desk know bcuz too tired to complain and since I was only staying overnight I just dealt with it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel premises are dirty (entrance and hallways), and there were many suspect individuals in and outside the building. While my room was clean, when I went to take my shower after I did my inspection, I noticed the drain was clogged, so I had to take the shower in intervals to allow some of the water to slowly drain out. Apparently there were no other rooms, as I did try to get into a different room. For this hotel to be in fairly nice part of the city, it does not match the aesthetic of everything around it. I will likely never book here again.

I believe that the pictures associated with this hotel is false advertising. Filthy rooms, interior of the property filthy, bedding and towels filthy. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life.
