Overall, not a bad experience. However, there were a couple of things that would have made the experience a lot more enjoyable. For example, no matter how much we lowered the AC, it would not budge and remain warmer at night. We also requested extra bath towels and were told we needed to walk all the way back to the lobby to pick up as they were short staffed. Nevertheless, as said before, we would stay there again. The grounds and pool area were nice and clean. Location was convenient to Convention Center and a few dining options in and around the hotel.

Great restaurant, nightclub, and other amenities. Beautiful courtyard pool area. Resident house cat who likes to hang out in the courtyard. My only complaint would be the elevators. The inspection card in every elevator I entered expired in 2022, meaning that they have gone 3 years without an annual inspection. I used the stairs whenever possible.

I love the fact that the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The next time I go I will have to stay here again to experience the lounge that I know that they had and also to actually sit down and have dinner as opposed to in my room but I was very satisfied with this property and yes I would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful

The staff was very rude. The check-in line was long and very slow. They required a $300 credit card hold on a room that was paid in full in advance. Check in was delayed by an hour. Front desk person denied telling us to return in an hour and rooms would be ready. Instead of taking responsibility for the delayed check-in the young lady said it was our fault because we didn’t want a first floor room. The hotel charged us $17/day for parking in their lot on the property, a lot that’s been free in the past. When we finally got upstairs the housekeeping ladies were laughing and talking, which explains why the rooms weren’t ready at check in time. The room was marginally clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the bedding smelled like a person. Very inconvenient, not customer friendly.

I booked this specifically because the pictures made it look safe and nice property and I was willing to pay more. Definitely not worth the extra expense and I had to walk so far to get to my room that’s a bit ridiculous I didn’t even check until 9 PM and I’m leaving at 9 AM.

We were pretty underwhelmed with our room. It was spacious but there was a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department. The carpeting in the hallways and room were worn and stained. The shower was old and difficult to turn on. The staff was fantastic though and very friendly.

Went for my son's 35 birthday and everything was excellent!! Staff, rooms, breakfast area, dance hall! The only thing I missed is not getting in the pool since my sons birthday is in FEBRUARY!! URGH. It was my second visit there and just as good as the first. Defiantly will go again.

The property itself is fine. If you book through Expedia and have hilton rewards, make sure you know you cannot use your resort credit if you don’t book through the hotel. I was told I had resort credit when I checked in so I used it every day. I got the bill and did not receive the credit since I booked through Expedia. I do feel like I was lied to since I didn’t even know I had credit to begin with. Please double check with the hotel if they ever mention rewards.

Great location very close to airport, hotel has a restaurant (Porter Steak House) and a night club (Misty’s Lounge) inside… BIGGEST 👎 to me but not much of a big deal is that the hotel will charge you $17 for parking

As a disabled guest, I sent my wife in to register for us while I remained in the car in the temporary parking space because all three of the non-hotel shuttle disabled spaces were taken. I sent her in with my identification and credit card. The registration clerk would not let her check in, even after speaking to me on the phone. It was only after my wife insisted on speaking to a manager that we were able to check in. I’ve practiced law in this county for 20 years and this is the only time and place that this has ever happened.

Great service. The heat/AC unit wasn’t working properly and the room was really warm. Maintenance brought a bucket of water to add to some kind of unit in the ceiling. He received another call for the same problem in another room while with us. Room cooled down some, but not a lot.

The stay was good. The microwave was bad and had to be unplugged. Having to pay to stay overnight… wasn’t happy.

Was disappointed with this stay for the price we payed. The air conditioning wasn’t working which made it hot in the room at night. Called the front desk and they assured someone would come check it out which no one ever did. The tv was completely glitchy where we couldn’t watch anything. We left the room to go to dinner and there was a cockroach on the wall outside our door. Won’t be a returning guest.
