You have to request them to clean your room, we stayed for the weekend and breakfast is serve too early and manager is rude.

They charged me more to my credit card than they were supposed to, till I found out on my credit card bill. After calling them, they couldn’t come up with a better answer as why they did that and offered to reverse the charges.

Building looks nice from the outside but the rooms are dated and not the cleanest. You could tell they didn’t change the bedding there was mascara in one of our pillow case

Our bathroom had mold in it. Bathroom looked like they did a quick cheap upgrade to it. Hair still on walls and toilet. food crumbs on desk table and chair.

I loved that I was able to check in via the app and use the digital key, that saved time. I also appreciated that I was able to request extra pillows and towels to be put in my room before my arrival!

Nothing bad to say, great location for my itinerary. Not quite a 4 star hotel although the name and branding suggest your getting a deal. Could use some updating but nothing really spectacular. Easy access from express way, mall very close by food in area is mid. Homeless population near by in underpass wash.

This was my first time here and my experience was a pleasant one.
My friend was having a large party in the ballroom, so I decided to book a one-night stay!
The hotel is conveniently right off the 60 Freeway and is located directly across the street from The Shops at Montebello which has many places to eat-BJ's Brewhouse, Olive Garden and a Lucilles Smokehouse!
My check-in process was easy (thank you Billy) and he gave me two freshly baked chocolate chip cookies :)
The rooms were very clean and very well kept, bed was super comfy.
The ballroom was very nice and the hotel employees provided excellent service to all of the guest's.
I Hope to stay at another DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in the near future.

The service at Doubletree is always great, friendly staff, and great customer service. Never again will I book from Expedia ( 3rd party) again The way it was booked made it difficult for staff at Doubletree to check us in.

Room was terrible ! Sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain . Had to call someone to fix . Bathroom door was broken and would not lock . Shower had a mystery “brown stain” . Would never stay at this property again!

Our stay is okay. The hotel serves its purpose. There was a reservation mistake, but no big deal. We changed rooms once, and realized how different rooms can be. The first one is noisy, smelly, outdated shower. The second one is quieter, newer shower. I would say you should choose this hotel based on location, not the hotel itself.
