The hotel is perfect, well-centered for the parks, 20 minutes away. All clean, excellent breakfast and very good staff. It's just that it's in an Asian neighborhood and it wasn't very clean, people sleep on the sidewalks. I don't recommend walking there at night.

Overall stay, service, and food were excellent. However, the parking lot spaces were not enough. The hotel staff members were parking the same places with customers. Unfortunately, the night I stayed ....there was a fire at the next building.

Breakfast system is very bad and embarrassing !!!! We never seen in our life , some one is asking the card and punch it !!!! I felt , I am stealing the breakfast !!! Its better do not offer breakfast and you can take money from us !! we can pay you one person breakfast $25 , is that okay ???!!!!

Bed was comfy ,shower was good especially there choice in bodywash and shampoo,bathroom looked remodelled and clean and bright.room had a microwave.we arrived late needed food they had very limited supply available as well as drinks.room doesnt have bottled water supplied ,when i asked reception where to get water to add to noodles i got a no response blank look

There was a bug crawler bug in the bathroom of the room we checked in. Wife and daughter are really scared and we asked to move to another room. The huge concern is lack of cleanliness and bug/pest extermination. I have a video recording taken too.

The attendant for the parking was really nice. When I left at night to go somewhere again with the car, he made sure my spot was kept for me till I returned. Considering the parking space is limited, it was very nice. The location was convenient to hop on bus and metro to go many places. There were many places to eat around also. The only one misleading thing in description was the laundry. This location does indicate to have laundry, but it is not for the guest to use. I had to go to the nearby laundry mat to take care of that.

Best value for the money is in Koreatown, LA. This hotel had extremely comfortable beds and pillows which is top priority in my book. Good breakfast as well. Parking is tight but included unlike most hotels in LA. These 3 make it guaranteed I go back when I next visit LA

Amazing staff. Stayed 7 nights including the decent breakfast, Great Koreantown location for families during March break. 5 mins to Subway straight going to Universal Studio & Hollywood street. This place is quite, clean and helpful staff. Just loved this place. We will be back!

Our stay was very nice, the staff was all very nice and accommodating. I would just say the hotel really needs a makeover, carpet was very old and dingy and some of the lamps didn't work, and fridge did not get cold. Microwave was not working properly either but everything else was good
