We were booked to stay for 2 nights and could only stay for one. Very limited customer service on arrival, less than the most basic budget airline. Having to pay a surcharge to leave a bag as we arrived early, then seeing that the baggage room was not manned and no ID was checked, which I felt was a security risk. On going to the room, we knew there would be no window, but no TV, no bedside tables, no bedside lights, no surfaces to put things on and having to put our things on the floor and no wardrobe. None of the basics I would expect to find. The bedroom lights didn't work and the bin was broken. On sleeping it felt like we were in the carcass of a wardrobe. I will not be staying here again.
