We stayed in 851. Checked in at 3PM from our flight from Canada. What unique about the property is the people that works there. They are very approachable and helpful with all our questions. From check in to check out the General Manager was friendly and very professional. Eshma helped us at 2AM with our food cravings! Shes so wonderful and very nice! Kudos! Melanie from breakfast is wearing a great early in the morning! Overall very nice.
The bathroom shower has very low water pressure, and no fan. The quality of the place was closer to a hostel than a hotel. The AC was broken so they provide a small heater. Not a horrible stay overall, but definitely not worth the couple hundred we paid.
Had a nice stay here my 1st time in London. The staff were super friendly and helpful with checking bags to late checkout to breakfast service. I felt very comfortable and it was great for a 3 star hotel! Also, it was very clean!
The good. Fairly quiet and comfortable. Close to Waterloo station and buses. The breakfast was good but a little expensive and not open early or for long.
The bad. The staff the first couple of days was quite rude. I got the impression that because we were foreigners we were treated poorly. That's fine. I literally walked by a staff member and said good morning and she looked me in the eye and kept walking.
