The attached restaurant had excellent breakfasts available, which were included in the room rate. Location beside a large retail mall, and train and DLR stations made this an ideal place to stay. Also, was in comfortable walking distance to the ABBA arena. Really, there is nothing that needed improving!

We stayed as a party of 7 ladies to go and see Abba Voyage. We had a lovely stay and we all thought the hotel was perfectly located as within walking distance to the arena and the train station. The staff were brilliant and the rooms lovely and clean and very comfortable. We paid for breakfast separately- a little disappointed with the value for money here but otherwise a great stay.

Fantastic stay, comfortable and great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have liked some moisturising cream in the bathroom and a kettle but otherwise fantastic stay.

Great hotel for a football trip
The hotel was exactly what we needed. Close to Westfield and the tube, modern, clean, v comfortable beds. Will definitely use The Stratford again

Great stay!
Excellent location, car park next door, Westfield 2 mins walk, public transport very close. Very comfortable, clean, modern hotel. Efficient staff. Highly recommend. Will be staying again.

Very modern property, clean, spacious rooms. - wifi runs a bit slow when connected to the tv. Service was disappointing on this stay. Ordered breakfast where tea and fruit salad was missing. Requested it from the receptionist in which to bring up a kettle instead of the hot water I requested. - staff came and brought a kettle and when I opened the door commented” you complained about hot water” … very strange - checkin was great, receptionist was lovely and friendly. - checkout had a strange atmosphere with the receptionists. Was asked how my stay was in the most disinterested way. Overall, location is convenient, hotel is modern, clean and great room. Service side can be improved.

Great hotel, nice staff and super comfortable bed. Little bit of feedback to management. Your hotel is stunning, lounge area is big and impressive why oh why is your reception tucked away out of sight in a pokey corner. Seems like a missed opportunity to have your very friendly staff closer all your customers

We really enjoyed our stay at The Stratford, the staff were fantastic and very accommodating at Breakfast when we raised food allegies. The room was lovely and had everthing that we needed with a really comfortable bed. The only reason its not 5 stars all round is due to the poor lighting (it was very hard to get ready to go out) and the noise from the trains which went on until late and started early. I am a really light sleeper, I am sure that it wouldn't bother some people. Top tip - Request a room away from the rail line side.

Great hotel
Lovely comfortable room very clean and super comfy bed. All the staff were very pleasant and excellent service. Parking is 5 minute walk and is cheaper if you book and pre pay.

I stayed with my two friends. Jotel in fantastic location. Absolutely lovely. In the bathroom they had rituals products. Also had robes. Staff were lovely. Great location for abba voyage. Highly recommended

Our first time staying at The Stratford and it was a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom was big but the water was only just hot enough for a shower. Breakfast was average but not as good as i had hoped or have experienced in Hilton hotels. The bacon was poor quality and no hash browns, pancakes, waffles or muffins. The staff were friendly and the dj was good in the bar, creating a vibrant, lively atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This was in an excellent location for us, right next to the Westfield shopping centre and just a 20 minute walk from the ABBA stadium. The room and beds were smaller than I was expecting from the photos online (for a family room) but everything was clean and comfy. It was disappointing that there wasn't a complimentary bottle of water in the family room, but I would definitely stay here again as it was a nice family-friendly hotel.

We stayed at the Stratford for our 2nd Christmas, visiting family. The Hotel was beautifully decorated and overal very clean and inviting. Reception was friendly and quick to address a technical problem in our room upon arrival. The room looked clean and inviting and the bathroom was perfectly clean with all luxury products needed. The 2 single beds were too narrow for adults to sleep on. We moved the 2 beds nearer to each other to prevent us from rolling off the bed at night… but as the exposed carpet under the beds were dirty we left the beds in the position as we received it upon arrival! The breakfast was amazing with a big selection…Value for money. The tables in some areas were very near each other which made access to your seat difficult and there was no privacy between these tables. The breakfast staff was friendly and efficient. Our booking at the E20 Kitchen this year for 4 guests was not great either as only 1 meal was good. 1 meal too spicy, 1 meal too much garlic and 1 duck meal undercooked. As Golden Members with Hotels.com we were disappointed with our overall booking at the Stratford Hotel 2023.
