Small but good, clean, stylish, good friendly and helpfull staff, they have tea, coffee biscuits in the room and you can just get more from downstair. They gave a free beer/soft drink voicher can be used in the next door bar. The beakfast was good with enough options.

Delightful staff - VERY helpful. However room looked tired and in need of a refit. Basic tourist accommodation handy for Paddington station and Elizabeth Line (& West End).

Great location, close to Paddington Station, Hyde Park, The Regent's Park, and within walking distance to the Victoria and Albert Museum, Covent Garden and the Thames. Good breakfast selection. Helpful staff. Clean room and compact bathroom with shower. Note that the property is not wheelchair accessible - four steps up at entrance and despite elevator, some bedrooms (and baths) have additional steps up to access.

It was a great stay - easy from London Paddington station and the manager at front desk was super and so helpful - great value for money and nice breakfast sorted us for day out on town - would stay again.

Although the hotel is refurbished however the space in the bedroom is tiny.Bathroom & shower area are very tiny & uncomfortable. The bed is too small.

I liked the modern clean style of the decor and rooms. The breakfast was great. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The bed was comfy and the room seemed clean. The furnishings were sparce and a bit worn but everything worked. The only downside for me was that there was no extractor fan working in the bathroom so the room and especially the bathroom smelled very fusty. Also the window didn't close fully so there was some street noise. I wear earplugs so not a big deal for me. I would stay here again as it's super convenient for Paddington station (and so Heathrow)

My single room was tiny but had everything I could possibly need. The whole place was perfectly clean and all guests were generously provided for, with a pleasant, helpful man at the entrance desk 24 hours a day. Excellent breakfast too. Delicious coffee!

I went to expedia website trying to find a better deal staying in London near the place where I could conduct my business meetings, first of all I wasn't expected that I would see and feel the best at least of comfortably stying as it looks from the review linked to this hotel , turned out to be one of my ever bad experience, the room was so thight and the bed was not even up to standred , I've slept the whole nights on a rock rather , it would have been much more comfy if I had to sleep in my car , the toilet and the shower is very small and tight , cant move around freely plus a smell of a dumb stays there as the Fan not working , the sound of toilet flushing coping from the top floor was very load as the pipes built within the wall next to the bed , I couldn't have a proper sleep as the pilows on the bed don't know what material put onnside it , kept moving my head every time, there was no chairs to set on , no iron to do the clothing, much more to talk about but I was very disappointed and shocked, very bad experience indeed , I thought I wasted my money where I could booked the same nights with other hotels with same price but beter condition .

The man who checked us in on Monday was friendly and responded to a couple of issues. However I didn't find him to go the extra mile or anything like that. The room was very small which I expected but pretty worn in lots of areas with a lot of furniture, fixtures and fittings looking old and needing refreshing. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was very hard. The tv you could only access a couple of terrestrial channels. There was no socket to plug in chargers by the bed. There was only plug socket in the whole room. The mini fridge was not cold. The towels were rough and not very big. Breakfast was incredibly basic and not much choice or freshness. The lady doing breakfast was very friendly but my son didn't eat anything due to what was on offer, the boiled eggs were grey inside. It was very dissapointing given the money paid. The service and location are good but aside that is definitely not worth the price.

Like being with family!
I had the most amazing stay at Stylotel! Every staff member made me feel welcomed and all were so helpful. As a solo traveler I really appreciated this! From recommending places to eat or visit, how to navigate the tube or get to places on foot, going across the street to get a bottle opener for my cider, to having oat milk on my table in the dining room for my tea every morning before I could blink an eye! I want to thank Andreas, Roy, Eleana, Muhamed, Dean, and others at the hotel. They made my stay comfortable (fabulous mattress!) and made me feel safe.

The room is a bit small but acceptable. Overall the room is good in terms of cleanliness, facilities and location. The breakfast is basic and enough to fill up the plate. Location is great, just 3 minutes walk to Paddington station. Ones drawback is the curtain needs to be washed.

We booked a room with kitchen. The kitchen pots were quite worn out. You can still cook but did not feel good about it. There was a mistake in the checkout date. A lady knocked on our door at 12pm and asks us to check out and did not sound very nice. We told her that we were not supposed to check out on that day. The TV was old and did not have closed caption. Overall, it is average. The part that we like was the included breakfast.
