Great value compared to hotel room rates, impeccably clean, great facilities. Lovely area Belsize Road. Great transport links to central London. Our apt at rear of property, so peaceful and quiet.

Fantastic property, friendly and helpful staff. The advertising of the pool facilities were a little miss leading - you had to be staying a minimum of 7 nights to be able to have free access to the pool.

We stayed for 16 nights due to a hospital stay for my husband. Extremely convenient, comfortable & cosy. Received a complimentary upgrade which was very welcome. What made our experience extra special was that Ottoman and his staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Ottoman himself is a massive asset to the business, we hope he is appreciated.

I stayed at the Sanctum off of Belsize road April 5th to April 15th for the first time and I must say I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff. The property was lavish and a great "home away from home". Our apartment was tended to regularly and housekeeping was very warm and friendly as well. I would like to specifically mention Otman for being so helpful! I traveled with my family and Otman was very personable and provided many recommendations for us while were in London. Not only was he very friendly and accommodating anytime we were in the lobby, Otman also saved us from potentially missing our flight on the day of departure. When it was time for us to depart, we booked an Uber for 5 people and 10 suitcases, however; the Uber that showed up was unable to accommodate. Otman saw how much trouble we were having in finding a driver that could get us and our bags where we needed to go and went the extra mile to find us a service that could carry all 5 of us, as well as all 10 bags we had to take with us. I do not know what we would have done if not for him. I do not know if there is a recognition program in place for employees here, however; he certainly deserves kudos for being so spectacular! Everyone was amazing and my stay was the best it'd ever been in London because of this location and it's staff. I've no intentions on ever staying anywhere else for as long as this property remains in business when I visit London. 5/5 for sure!

The staff and the accommodations were amazing. We felt the location wasnt great for the first visit to London. Next time we will look at their other properties.

Dear Shaikh, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Twice weekly house-keeping service is provided only for bookings of 7 nights or more, so this did not apply to your stay. As you mention, visitors must leave at 10pm so that we avoid any disturbance to other guests, and this is made clear to you in a message that you received via Hotels.com before you stayed with us. We are sure that you would not be happy if other guests were being noisy whilst you are trying to sleep, so please consider that that is exactly what we are trying to prevent with this policy.

The apartment was even better and bigger than we expected. Spotlessly clean, good daily housekeeping and well stocked with everything you need, a true home from home experience. Great home from home apartment for a family break
Family trip to London with 3 adults and 2 kids. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom layout with a sofa bed was perfect for our needs and all the modern amenities made it a great home from home for the weekend. It was a little further out than we usually stayed but Kilburn Park area is easily accessible on underground and overground.

Very clean and property in great condition. excellent staff members. Only concern was that I stayed on ground floor close to the road and it was slightly noisy for me. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay at the amazing studio apartment. Staff was nice and helped when needed. Check in was at 3 so we stored our bags and they were in the room when we returned. Room was clean and had everything we needed and even had a seperate bedroom.

Perfect Last Minute Reservation
We were not happy with our original reservation somewhere else and stumbled upon this as we were frantically looking for somewhere else to stay. We reserved an apartment at Sanctum for an 8 night stay and checked in an hour later. The apartment was perfect for us to come and go and be able to have the convenience of the kitchen. The location was so convenient with several grocery stores and a pharmacy within blocks. We used the Overground to connect to the London Underground so easily and the station was a one minute walk from Sanctum. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They were also very kind and it was lovely to be greeted by them each day. The property and unit were very clean. Everything from the bathroom sink to floor heaters worked just fine which almost never happens. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice apartment in London
This hotel was better than we expected. Super spacious and with a kitchenette and washing machine a big plus, especially for the competitive price. Close to supermarkets and places to eat. It was a little farther from the tourist destinations (~30 min by underground) but we felt safe and comfortable. They were very nice with us and even called us to let us know we left something in the room.

Friendly staff, good location, clean. However, no training room, they offer a voucher to a nearby gym for only those staying for extended period. They asked for 200 GBP security deposit, which can be tricky if you don’t have spare money.

Appartement and staff were amazing. Would definitely stay again. Everything was clean and in excellent working order. Secure bike storage is also available and location was ideal for RideLondon. We had no issues with traffic noise. We needed to use the sofa bed, which unfortunately wasn’t to the same high standard as everything else. Mattress was thin and not suitable for an adult, let alone 2. However we only had a child on it and they slept ok Limited Free Parking is available on the street outside at weekends. It is also free on Bank Holidays.

Clean, modern and spacious
The property is clean and modern. The apartment is spacious and has a full kitchen. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The location is not the greatest if you want to be in the heart of everything, but the underground was close enough.
