Location, location, location! Stuff is friendly and accommodating. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Only concern was the size of the room. In case you are an over 6 feet couple, you might consider another option. No space for baggage in the room, we had to keep our stuff on the bed. Relatively, small bed for two tall people. Ok, for overnight but not for a long stay.

The property was convenient for Paddington station and local restaurants. The staff were excellent. The hotel room was small enough but the bathroom, at a total length of 5ft 6" and narrow enough to bang ones elbows against the shower cubicle on one side of the sink and the wall on the other, was claustrophobic.

unfortunately I was given a room on the 6th floor and it was rather tiny even though I am a regular guest at this hotel. I couldn't even open my suitcase properly

Yes, unfortunately we really wanted to stay in the park grand Paddington. Sadly, all these hotels very much appear the same so please be wise and skeptical when booking to get the hotel you want. Our room was very rundown and we much rather have stayed at the Park grand Paddington as we have in the past.

Unfriendly welcome!
Receptionist was not friendly. Could hear upstairs constantly, every footstep they took! Stayed in the club room and that was nice except for the noise and 2 sleepless nights!

Situated in an ideal location close to Paddington station, and Hyde park. Hotel was clean, and staff was friendly.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was a little tight, but there were 3 of us in one room. The bathroom was small - we even had to straddle the sink leg to sit on the toilet, but it was manageable. The staff was very helpful. We were able to walk to places we wanted to see and Ubers came quickly when called.
