Amazing staff. The nicest people. The hotel is very comfortable. Bed is nice. Bathroom was huge. Gym was great. Jean-Jacques checked us in and he was the nicest and had the best attitude. Everyday, we were greeted with friendliness and happyness by everyone we went by.

Locke at Broken Wharf is an excellent place to stay for views of the Thames, river boat tours, close to Tate Modern, St.Paul’s Cathedral and Big Ben. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Free laundry on site & kitchen for cooking up breakfast & late night snacks. A wonderful contemporary atmosphere!

Property is located on the river. Had a river view. The staff is warm, friendly. Make my stay enjoyable. The were very helpful getting acclimated to the subways. The room is a little tight.Is was clean comfortable, etc. I would stay there again!!!
