ven for the price, please never stay here. I have to start with the actual staff and Charlie’s Corner bar staff were incredibly nice and hospitable so nothing on them whatsoever. The bathroom shower had hairs in it, the sink was dirty, the bedroom is like a college dorm with nothing in it but a bathroom that looks like you’re in a budget airplane. The duvet may as well be a newspaper you found on the sidewalk, but don’t worry you have one shelf and a TV that is suppose to have chrome casting but throws a 500 internal server error when you try and access the URL on your phone (even their web hosting is literal garbage). If you want anything enjoyable near this dumpster fire go to the German sausage/burger stand down the street by Southwark station, 10/10 staff and food. I’d rather pay triple the price to sleep on a bed of nails honestly. Take out the two i’s and the remaining BS describes this place insanely accurately.

Service and room was nice, but one of my towels obviously was just refolded from last person because it had makeup and other blemishes on the towel from not being cleaned between new people staying in room

Overall thought hotel was really nice. Room clean and bed comfortable. Maybe the coffee and tea could be topped up regularly as had no milk one day. And think breakfast should be included in price not separately. But other than that enjoyed my stay.

I liked that it was in a area, where I felt safe walking through even in the dark. It is close to the Waterloo station from where you can use the busses and trains to get where you want to go. Even walking to a lot of places is no problem at all.

It’s a three star Ibis. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Everything’s fine. It’s well kept, with a bar and a decent enough breakfast at a reasonable price. This version is in a great location surrounded by transport links and a few yards from good local pubs and restaurants. And you are just five minutes from a stroll along the South Bank. So it all comes down to the price you’re being quoted.

Very quick check in as all we wanted to do was drop off our bags and was told our rooms are ready. Fantastic and was able to had a cup of tea before heading out again

Clean but small rooms and noisy pluming. Not a lot nearby. Fairly close to transit. Decent for the price point. I much preferred the atmosphere of the city north of the river.

It was an okay hotel. Staff nice but rooms are VERY small. Beds extremely small. The bathroom was very small also. Felt like a bathroom you would find in a boat. No room to put things on the counter.

Great location and hotel. Seconds away from subway, central to the sights and with quite a few nice eateries and bars nearby. The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Room was a good size with nice views of Big Ben, London Eye and OXO tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality. Would definitely stay again on future visits to London.

The first room 528 we were put in had issues with the door not locking securely. When we were on our way out for dinner and closed the door I turned the handle which was locked and didn’t move but when I pushed the door it opened. I tried pulling on the handle to see if the door would latch shut, there was no way this door was going to lock. We asked for a room change and moved down the hall. The bathroom is very small and unhygienic the only towel you receive are bath towels no hand towels and they are hanging below the sink right beside the toilet bowl. The cleaning staff made the bed and folded the towel and little else, the garbage cans didn’t get emptied until the third day. The curtains where stained and dirty Ibis should be ashamed to operate this property as a hotel property. This is our first and last stay at an ibis hotel this is definitely not a 3 or 4 star hotel I’d rate it closer to 1 1/2 star. The hotel and restaurant staff were outstanding, the cleaning staff were subpar as were the rooms. To avoid disappointment look at other properties in the area and avoid ibs

It was 4th time for us to stay in this hotel. This time was the worst from all good other times as the bathroom extractor wasn’t working and there is some kind of noisy pipe with running water in it which was disturbing my sleep half part of the night even with using the earplugs

Hotel is in a fabulous spot for access to all London has to offer. Clean rooms with a firm bed. Breakfast was standard but good. Will stay here again.

The rooms are dated and it was freezing (I actually slept in a bob hat!). The air conditioning unit that attempted to heat the room only worked intermittently and was incredibly noisy. The external noise from the third floor woke me up regularly.

I guess location is everything for this hotel, just a few minutes walk to the river at Blackfriars bridge. My only interaction with the staff was at check-in, polite and efficient. Room was disappointing for a room that should have been over £200 for the night, Expedia points brought it down significantly. The room was just old looking, and yet still looked unfinished.En-suite bathroom was modern and worked fine. The bar area looked good but did not use it and did not have breakfast here as London is just outside the door.
