reat location
all information needed was provided by e-mail before our arrival. the room had everything we needed and the location was great for getting around. We walked to our theatre show and used the tube station at the end of the road to arrive and leave London.

No heating or hot water No communication
Very poor communication Had no heating for 2 days and no hot shower. Would not answer any calls when reporting the issues or offer alternative accommodation Also found a condom wrapper at the side of main bed, where my 6 month old twins were sleeping!

Dirty and in need of a deep clean and redecoration
Location was great, but there had clearly been a leak in the lounge and ceiling was fowl. Shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years - to the point where I was looking to clean myself. Such a shame, as would have been perfect if clean and decorated.

Not great but not terrible
It was ok in a good location. The mattress on the bed was horrendous and the fridge was making a lot of noise all through the night but it was clean and did the job for an overnight. I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than the one night though.

Nice furnished and in good location but not clean
Bathroom was not clean and wifi didnt work. When tried to reach them on phone it was answered only on our first day.well furnished but conditions werent good and could be improved easily by cleaning. Location was good.

Didn't provide a cot for our baby that we had requested. Tried calling when we arrived multiple times, no answer. Managed to email but they couldn't help us with a cot until next day and said that no one reads the section of the booking where we had requested a cot. Refused to refund the charge for additional person even though they didn't provide ANYTHING for the 'additional person' - no bed, towel or bed linen. Nowhere for our baby to sleep, had to purchase a cot ourselves. Wotif tried to ask for a refund but they refused because they had offered us a cot the next day which we said we didn't need because we had to purchase one anyway. Place wasn't very clean. Great location however and I guess you get what you pay for as it was reasonably priced.

I never received the check in email they were supposed to send, then when I got in late to London, sat on the street with my family with all of our luggage, and my disabled daughter in her wheelchair, while I called 10+ times and Expedia made many attempts as well. They never answered the phone they claim is 24/7. After 2 hours of trying to contact the property, had to move to another (more expensive) hotel. Worst hotel experience ever!

Area fantastic, property had everything needed and was spotless, just a little jaded. Stayed on top floor and although no lift and bit if a climb it was so quiet that it was worth it.

The property was photographed extremely well for advertisements but is not accurate of the actual apartment. Furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. Attempted to email the owner with no response. We left after a night.

False advertising! Says it is serviced daily which is not true. Sleeper couch very uncomfortable not suitable for adults only kids. Wifi poorconnection. Pots all in a disgusting condition not even a frying pan. So if u planning to cook beware. We were on the third floor and had to carry all our luggage up and down. No escalators. One good thing is the location as very central and close to train and busses.

I don’t like that there are many bedbugs and I got rush after stay. I checked out 1 day earlier because of this, and wasted 1 day rent.

I would have given the property a higher rating but for a critical lack of clarity in communication. Nowhere in the description is it mentioned that the property has apartments over 5 floors and there is no lift. Although we communicated with the property managers in between, we were never asked as to whether we had mobility issues. We are a couple in our 50s who had 4 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags as we were transiting London while relocating abroad from the UK. Our room was allocated on the top floor and it was physically very taxing having to carry up our baggage 5 floors on day-1 and down day-3. Not recommended.

Apartment was decent and clean. Convenient area but the shower only had luke warm water and the wifi for our room didnt work. We had to use the wifi for another room and it was spotty at best.

It was ok for a single night as good to have a separate lounge with table to relax. Good do with slick of paint to smarten up. Didn’t find it noisy from other apartments. Main issue was that the microwave did not heat so wasted some money on the food I bought. My apartment was on the top floor, for me no issues, but if you struggle with stairs not for you.

I have stayed in Apartment 1 several times and it was great. This time I stayed in Apartment 9 and unfortunately got many bits during the night - either there are bed bugs or fleas from a previous tenant having a pet. Also, TV in bedroom would be appreciated. Nice apartment though.

Great location, clean room and it was above expectation. But there was o one to communicate. The cleaning was a little limited and we did not have fresh towels daily. I would still recommebd this apartment as it is great for family.

The entry process to the apartment is worst and I have experienced it first hand.. Keep standing outside in cold and Noone picks phone or will respond.. Similar stories are heard from others also in the apartment.. Once u r inside then things get much better
