I never received the check in email they were supposed to send, then when I got in late to London, sat on the street with my family with all of our luggage, and my disabled daughter in her wheelchair, while I called 10+ times and Expedia made many attempts as well. They never answered the phone they claim is 24/7. After 2 hours of trying to contact the property, had to move to another (more expensive) hotel. Worst hotel experience ever!
