It was a no frills kind of hotel, clean and spacious. My only quip is that service, like extra towels was forgotten to be brought to our room and required a second call 30 minutes after initial request.

All the comforts of a display home
The rooms are large, almost like an apartment with an entrance, lounge room (2nd bedroom), bathroom and master bedroom. Clean and fairly modern which makes the complete lack of even basic amenities so much more stark. There is no tea/coffee making facility, no iron or ironing board, no fridge, nothing - not even so much as a plastic cup! In short if you're not either in bed or in the bathroom staying here is going to make you feel miserable but if that's all you want then it's ok...I guess? Oh and in my room/apartment the toilet ran constantly and the fuse box buzzed - both loudly enough to add a certain ambience. I mentioned both issues to the management so I'm sure they'll be fixed in time for the next guest.

There was an annoying blinking light in both rooms of the hotel and a buzzing that was so loud we couldn't sleep. There was no water bottle, fridge, or coffee maker. The staff was amazing though. The beds and pillows were great.

Excellent location. Good value. Wonderful staff. Strange design of shower, i.e. shower was half open without complete enclosure, no venting fan. So water splashed out to the bathroom floor, and steam filled the entire bathroom.

Location of this hotel quite convenient to commute in and around the city center. Room was quite big and clean with plenty of sunshine. Breakfast buffet was not so good, first time such experience where eggs ( boiled, omelettes or scrambled) were not served. Only non halal meat was served.

Great location in the centre of the city. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good for the $$ paid. Rooms provided plenty of room. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend.

We drove in from Sentra and chose this hotel due to the free parking as indicated on Hotels.com. We were quickly told that is not the case. The receptionist was extremely rude from that point forward. She gave us a suggested parking garage that was 15 Euro. We chose a closer one for 13 Euro which further frustrated her. This location was great but really noisy.

Excellent location in Lisbon
Hotel is in a very handy location - close to Parque Metro and shopping at El Corte Ingles - and convenient to the airport. The surrounding neighborhood is local and upscale. The offered breakfast is quite good. The condition of the hotel itself is a little past its prime. That is perhaps the only negative.

The hotel is what you would expect when booking a room in a hotel at this price, it is in a good location to the center and as long as you dont mind paying for parking, there is a secure car park very close by, I would have no problem staying there again

rooms are large but the AC did not work and toilet was partially broken , had to fix it myself. Location is not bad , ample of parking around so that helps and not too far from downtown
