"We had an excellent stay! Check-in was very smooth and quick. The room was very comfortable, large, and extremely clean. I loved that the towels were thick and plentiful! The staff was very sweet and kind to my children, and breakfast was very good. They had lots of choices of food, including several hot items (sausage, french toast sticks, omlettes, waffles). The best part, however, was the pool! Unlike so many other hotel pools, it was not freezing cold!! It was a very comfortable temperature...

"I really loved the pool area it was enclosed and easy to get to.The breakfast was good.the outside seating area They have two great grills and fire pit. It was really pretty. The suite was very nice and clean loved the kitchen area. I think the only thing I didn’t like was the sofa bed . It was uncomfortable to sit on and the AC in the room was not working. Other than that it was a great stay and I will definitely be back. "

"We stayed with our dog and the unit was nice. It had all the kitchen tools including pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, utensils etc. The TV had all major channels including sports and hbo. The bed was a bit small for us. I think it was a double bed and it's pretty close to the bathroom which makes it hard to isolate from the noises. The breakfast was nice. It had options in a buffet-like setting. Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport

"It is very confusing that there are two Sheraton hotels at O’Hare airport the first day I arrived I went to the wrong hotel and of course had to shuttle back to the airport and then to the right hotel it was still confusing even after two or three days trying to talk to a driver to figure out which is the right hotel. Many people traveling, arrive knowing they need to stay at the Sheraton. They don’t have the address memorized and are they anticipating that they are too. I would also like to complement my driver AliHe was very friendly and helpful. "
