"Hotel in general need of a ‘spruce up’, noisy and the breakfast staff weren’t the most helpful. However check in/reception was excellent, the Arran products were lovely, bar staff great and the parking was the main feature. It’s in a gorgeous location and is overall a great hotel. "We got lucky and found a street parking spot right in front of the property. Once we arrived there was no one there and we couldn’t find our room. We had to call the emergency number and after about 10 minutes on the call with them, we found it. It would be nice if they put clear markers for all rooms. We were facing to road and an ally so we opened our windows to let the cool breeze in. The room was perfect! Also, there is an Indian restaurant near by that I would highly recommended!!! "
