Excellent location, perfect in between old and new towns and seconds from Waverley. Very friendly staff. Rooms soft and comfortable. Everything spotless. Breakfast very good. Some building work going on right outside but no noise. Would definitely stay again.

Current construction made for noisy room and bed/room was smaller than expected. However, staff was excellent. They were so kind and provided quick assistance. I also saw them working hard continuously to keep the hotel clean and amenities full in the lobby. It’s close walking distance to Waverly train station and many good restaurants and cafes. I would visit here again.

Very conveniently located - hotel is a short walk to Waverley station, Princes Street & Royal Walk. Lots of good restaurants & pubs nearby. The room was clean & comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly.
